For people looking to work on their career goals, driving clarity on career plans, feeling connected to their work, etc.
Meet twice a month for a duration of 3 months, with option to renew.

I will invoice you from my accounting software at the beginning of the following month after your sessions (e.g., Feb 1 invoice for all January sessions). Most people use a credit card, but you can also pay via ACH, Zelle, Venmo, or check if you prefer. You’ll be able to download your receipt and expense it, if your company will reimburse you.

I’ve helped my clients successfully make the case to carve out a coaching budget with their boss. I’m happy to speak with your boss/HR, share my credentials, and answer any questions they have. Alternatively, you can pay for it and get reimbursed by your company as a Learning & Development (L&D) expense.

You can email me or text me 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Without advance notice (and non-emergencies), I will charge my clients 50% of the cost of a missed session. Ultimately, I hope that your commitment to your own growth and goals pushes you to carve out the necessary time for your session.

There are unfortunately times when a coach and client do not work out. In these cases, it’s up to the client to let me know and we will end our coaching contract. You will not receive a refund for the time I’ve spent on coaching sessions, and you will not be charged for any unused sessions. If you have not met the minimum amount of sessions, I will not charge you for these sessions.
